Perfect location, excellent staff, now even free wi-fi... This hotel is really perfect if you want to stay beachfront and still only a few kms from the business district. Very good restaurant. Parking available with a charge. Definitely a hotel I will visit again.
Room space is somewhat limited. Overall, the hotel is clearly overpriced. Not a problem if you are on business, but it might be if you are on a private trip.

We enjoyed the lovely views from our balcony overlooking the beach, while breakfast on the terrace provided a perfect start to our day. The noise from nearby restaurants was a bit disruptive at night.

The bed, so confortable, cosy and warm
We had to pay 10 Euros extra for each person to use the sauna (only the swimming pool and the fitness center is free of charge).

The location is fantastic, with the beach just steps away and a convenient tram stop nearby for quick access to the city center. The room was spacious and well-furnished, and the staff were warm and cute throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a nice selection, though it could use more variety for international tastes, particularly for Italian guests. Encountering a minor issue with the service regarding wellness access was a letdown, leading to some frustration .

The family room with spacy and fitted our needs. Small but nice new bath room.
Beds & furniture are aged and appeared incomplete - e.g. missing lights. Cleaning of the lights, under the closets and windows could be better.

Location of the hotel, very comfortable room
There was no luggage room in the hotel. After check-out I left my baggage at the hotel for couple hours, and since there was no luggage room I had to leave my bags in the bar "behind the corner". Basically anyone entering into the bar could have taken my bags and just walk away with them.

Great location with an excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
The air conditioing did not work on our floor. When asked, the front desk said it would be fixed "Tuesday." By the weekend, after numerous complaints to the fron desk they offered a drink at the bar. I would have prefered a straight answer at the beginning and may have found lodging elsewhere.
